***Beverly Pechal from Bjeweled will have all of her jewelry available and on sale for Mother’s Day!

***Country Soaps by Marlene will be bringing their complete line of goats milk soaps, shower gels and lotions – a great opportunity to get Mom that special something.

***Along with her flower accessories, DaisyMaySipes will have on hand her all natural soy candles with natural wicks and scented with essential oils which are molded in upcycled, 2nd hand containers.

***HRBeaDesign will be selling handcrafted silver and copper jewelry, beaded kumihimo jewelry, glass tile pendants as well as earrings and bracelets.

***Midwest Beauties will be selling jewelry, housewares, and accessories.

***Pattibears Place will be showcasing her handcrafted gifts . . . something for everyone!

***Pink Quartz Minerals will have vegan mineral makeup, lip balms and sampler packs, and would love to do a makeover on anyone who wants one!


Pointy Kitty Studios’ work will be featured in the Alt.Kilt Steamshop in the Dealers room of the Penguicon Science Fiction and Open Source Software Convention at the Detroit Marriott in Troy, MI this Friday, April 30th through Sunday, May 2nd and will also be featured on a panel about Crafting for a Living. Not only does the convention feature an Art Show, multiple discussion panels, guests of honor, a Masquerade ball, free food and drink for attendees, and dozens of room parties, but their main mission is about opening the source of everything by teaching you HOW TO.

Jackie Klish from Glass Goddess Jewelry will be at the GFWC Shorewood Woman’s Club’s Sixth Annual Wearable Art Show at the Shorewood Village Center (3920 North Murray Avenue) in Shorewood, WI this Saturday, May 1st from 9:30 am to 4 pm. The show consists of vendors showcasing jewelry, fashion felt, purses and other fabric art. There will also be a silent auction, back sale and door prizes. Admission is $2.00.

Casey & Olga of Mirasol Farm will be at the Living Green Expo at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds Grand Stand this Saturday, May 1st from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday, May 2nd from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be more than 250 exhibits, demonstrations and seminars, along with kids activities and great local food! Mirasol Farm will be showcasing their organic bath and body products.

A Thousand Dreams Designs will be a part of the Earth Arts Spring Art Studio Tour in Polk County, WI on Saturday May 1st and Sunday May 2nd from 10 am to 5 pm. A Thousand Dreams Designs will be at Stop #20 on the tour. See the Earth Arts website to download brochure and map.

Apollo Hills Crafts will be at Mayfair 2010 . . . An Art Fair at West Salem High School (490 Mark Street) in West Salem, WI this Sunday, May 2nd from 10 am to 4 pm. The event consists of an art fair, silent auction, kids’ art activities, live music, and Chicken-Q from 11 am to 2 pm, and is sponsored by the West Salem Fine Arts Board to help the Marie W. Heider Center for the Arts. Apollo Hills Crafts will be showcasing their bags, totes, purses and a few of their smaller quilted items.
